Privacy notice.
Last updated . A plain-language summary of how this website handles your information.
Who we are
This website is run by Kaylie Michelle Promotions, PO Box 871, Kersey, CO 80644. You can reach us at kayliempromotions@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, who you are (for example, an emerging artist), your artist or project name, any links, your timeline and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply.
How we use it
We use your details to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who handles it
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form backend service, which passes them to us by email and may store them on its servers. This site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any host, may keep technical logs such as your IP address when you visit. Our email is hosted by Google. You can read each provider's privacy policy for more detail.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Google can see your IP address when that happens.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing kayliempromotions@gmail.com. If you prefer not to use the form, email us directly instead.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
